The Maggiora family has been in the bread business for over eighty years and three generations beginning with Mario and Dennis, father and son. Dennis currently facilitates the bakery, along with his team sharing the same goals; customer service, consistency and quality. As a family owned and operated business, we consider every employee a part of our family. Our wholesale customers consist of restaurants, hotels, delis, and sport stadiums throughout Northern California. To whom, a dedicated fleet of trucks delver fresh bread, daily.  Product may also be shipped nationwide through various distribution systems. While specializing in sourdough and french breads, sliced breads, dinner rolls, hamburger and hot dog buns, fisherman wharf, ciabatta and focaccia are avaible to order now.
