Maggiora Baking Company's customers are the finest Hotels, Restaurants and Delicatessens in Contra Costa & Alameda counties, and, through a distribution system, we have products across the United States. One major retail account where you can find our breads is in Longs Drug Stores. We specialize in Sourdough and French bread but have the ability to produce anything our customers want. We currently produce 300 different products from 1oz croissants to club bread" (a 2-foot-long 5-pound loaf).
